Our journey began in 2015 when the Andersen family added freeze-drying technology to our basement with the goal of self-reliance. What started as a practical step quickly evolved into a flavor adventure that led to the creation of Andersen’s Crazy Candy. As we experimented with freeze-dried treats and watched our family business grow, we discovered another passion: crafting the perfect gourmet cookie.

Inspired by the same innovative spirit that drove our candy creations, we launched Crazy Cookies to bring premium, 5-ounce gourmet cookies to convenience stores and gas stations across the country. We saw an opportunity to transform the c-store cookie experience, offering customers the same quality and excitement they’d expect from a specialty bakery—but with the convenience of grabbing it on the go.
